Melissa Larson, Administrative Supervisor

Melissa Larson (she/her) is the Administrative Supervisor at Canopy Mental Health & Consulting. Prior to her work with Canopy, she worked at Lyn-Lake Psychotherapy and Wellness as a Psychiatric Assistant and is currently a part-time massage therapist. She is also currently a student at St. Catherine University studying Psychology and Social Work. Melissa vehemently endorses Canopy's mission, providing empathetic support for providers, staff, and clients and connecting clients with culturally-informed therapists who can meet their individual needs.

Melissa moved here from Iowa, where she previously owned and operated her own massage therapy business. Melissa is married with two daughters, two cats, and a dog. When Melissa isn't busy with both jobs, school, and parenting, she enjoys attending drag performances, local theatre, thrift shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends
