Individual Psychotherapy

We work with individuals through a client-centered and relational lens that promotes personal growth and discovery. During the therapeutic process, your therapist will help you work through personal issues, identify challenges, and explore effective treatments based on your individual needs and goals. You determine how often you want to see a therapist, whether you are seeking to address current life difficulties or you are in need of long-term psychotherapy.

Family Psychotherapy

We work with families using an attachment and interpersonal approach to resolve conflict, improve communication, and foster healing. Our therapists help families understand and explore family patterns while developing coping strategies aimed to improve the overall health of the family system. You may address specific issues such as financial stressors, discord between parent and child, past traumas, or the impact illnesses and substances have on the entire family.

Couples Counseling & Relationship Psychotherapy

We work with all couples using a strengths-based and relational approach to help you and your partner navigate through relationship challenges. We encourage couples to identify and explore what is impacting the relationship, improve communication, and develop skills to be more attuned to the needs of each other. Relationship therapy takes a deeper look into your relationship history and how those early connections impact your current relationship; while couples counseling focuses on working through issues in the here and now.

Multicultural Psychotherapy

We emphasize and practice individualism through your culture, tradition and needs. Your therapist will develop an understanding for your background, race, ethnicity, culture and belief system by leading with curiosity and incorporating cultural sensitivity and responsiveness. We are dedicated to serving all communities, specifically those who have been historically oppressed or marginalized due to age, ethnicity, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status.

Medication Management

Our psychiatric prescribers will meet with you to determine whether medication is an appropriate tool to help you manage your symptoms. You may find working collaboratively with a psychiatric prescriber can improve your quality of life, which is often achieved through a combination of therapy and medication management.
