Taylor Shultz, LPCC, Director of Organizational Development

Taylor (she/her) is the Director of Organizational Development at Canopy MHC and Canopy Roots. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and BBHT board-approved clinical supervisor in Minnesota. Taylor has experience providing services to diverse communities in day treatment, crisis residential, outpatient, and community-based behavioral health settings.

Taylor has a certificate in Organization Development from the University of Minnesota. In her role, she supports the oversight of organization-wide initiatives with a focus on maintaining Canopy's values and promoting a sustainable, person-centered organizational culture.

Driven by a desire to reduce health and healthcare disparities for BIPOC communities, Taylor is passionate about supporting the creation and development of anti-oppressive spaces. Outside of work, Taylor likes reading and hanging out with her family and friends. Some of her favorite things include drinking coffee, bringing her kids to the library, and (casual) hiking.
