Lauren Parrett, Administrative Supervisor

Lauren (she/her) leads our administrative team, supervising our Administrative Coordinator and Client Engagement Specialists while helping ensure our administrative operations effectively supports Canopy.

She works closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen processes, enhance the client experience, and help ensure our direct service programs have the support they need to run smoothly.

Lauren brings more than 15 years of healthcare operations experience with a background in patient access, insurance, scheduling, process improvement, and team leadership. In her previous roles, she has led operational initiatives and helped resolve complex patient access and insurance issues.

Outside of work, Lauren loves to laugh and spend quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys writing poetry and painting.
