Meet the Team
Fannica Grey, MA, LAMFT
Fannica (she/her), LAMFT, is a psychotherapist with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from St. Mary’s University. She utilizes a holistic approach that incorporates education on the mind-body connection and early modalities of brain-spotting; along with transgenerational, narrative and dialectical behavioral therapy. Fannica strives to create a positive and collaborative atmosphere for every adolescent, adult, couple and family through a culturally responsive and client-centered lens. Her goal as a therapist is to not only lead but to walk alongside her clients on their healing journey.
Fannica is a first generation West African female who grew up in a blended family with stigma around mental health. She values communicating with others through deep cultural conversations, spoken word, music, sound healing and various other artistic modalities that serve as a form of expression.
Fannica’s certificates and trainings: Phase I Brainspotting and Introduction to Holistic Mental Health.
