Meet the Team

Ify Odor, MSW, LGSW

Ify (she/her) is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) with a master’s degree from Augsburg University. Her previous experience has been working as a school social worker and adolescent mental health case manager. Ify brings a strengths-based, attachment and trauma-informed approach to her care. She uses a multicultural lens that celebrates everyone’s unique experiences and backgrounds so they can rely on their own innate strengths and resources in order to find wellness and healing. Ify provides a safe space for individuals to feel open and authentic with who they are and is honored to be a part of their journey. 

Ify enjoys spending time with friends and family, either by having movie nights or exploring new restaurants. Her favorite time of year is the summer where she spends most of her free time paddle boarding at the lake.
