Dominique Holwerda, HR Manager

Dominique (she/her) is the Human Resources Manager Canopy Mental Health & Consulting. Prior to Canopy, she worked in the nonprofit field in community and youth development, most recently as the Manager of People & Culture at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities. With 8 years of experience in human resources and operations, Dominique’s expertise lies in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

Dominique is a California State University, Long Beach alum with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
