Faryal (she/her) is pre-licensed psychotherapist who received her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. As a child of immigrant parents, Faryal has faced multiple challenges honoring her varying identities and understands the importance of accessing support to heal. She is passionate about guiding those on a path towards restoration, especially those who have faced oppression and pain throughout their lives. Faryal brings a culturally informed, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach to her client work. Her therapeutic approach is to listen to both bodies and minds by integrating them in ways that bring positivity and healing to the relationships with oneself and others.

Faryal is busy raising her children and enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, cooking, and reading—especially with a heating pad!
